Shipment Policy

• This item will be shipped from China.
• Upon receiving your payment, item(s) will be shipped within 24 working hours. (when item in stock)
• We ship the item(s) by DHL,UPS,TNT,Fedex depend on different countries, HK post, China Post, EMS is our last choice due to slow arrival. DHL, UPS is our priority due to fast delivery. Normally takes only 3-5 days.
• If package return from the courier, buyer need to pay for the shipping cost again for resending.
• If buyer wants refund for the return package, shipping cost will be deducted.
• To avoid delay caused by delivery failure, please make sure your detailed address and phone numbers registered on aliexpress systerm are both correct.
• If you want the item to be shipped to an address different from aliexpress account, please inform us by email before payment.
• Since items cannot be delivered to a PO BOX, if your address on aliexpress is a PO BOX, please email us the delivery address before payment.
• We will declare low price on the shipping invoice(usually low than $10/pcs) to reduce import tax for you.
• Tracking number will be sent to your email after dispatching.

       over what the tax authorities would charge and the buyers are
       responsible for paying the taxes. If you have any questions about

Exchange, Refund and Return Guidelines

• We offer a 7-day exchange and refund policy for defective items and unsatisfactory purchase.
• Replacement item(s) or reimbursement(s) will be settled within 7 days from the day the customers received the original item(s).
• For refund cases, 10% of the purchase price will be deducted in the reimbursement as our administration charges and aliexpress charges.
• Return shipping costs are refundable only for successful exchange cases, i.e. for refund or non-valid exchange cases, customers should be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The return guidelines are as follows:-

• The item(s) must be returned in new condition and with all original manufacturer's packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards.
• All return item(s) must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. We are not responsible and do not accept any damages during the return delivery.
• We must to check your return shipping invoice before your return.
