1. Languages: If the buyer don't confirm the language while making the order, English is the default.

5. All Freeshipping products is only sent by HK POST, weight no more than 2KG for each shipment. If other shipping way required, please contact us before you pay for it. For the buyers’ destination that HK POST not available, we have right to refuse or delay shipping before buyers negotiated with us.

6. Please see the products pictures carefully before you pay for it. You have to make custom clearance by yourself. As some countries forbid importing the ordered products, the customs of buyer's country may seize the product. We are not responsible for any problems caused by the customs of buyer's country.

7. Declaration: If the buyer don't have a special requirements, We will declare the ordered products as "Sample Gift", or mobile phones as "Handset Sample"; dreamboxes as "Set Box/MediaPlay samples/TNT receiver", CCTV Cameras as “web camera sample”, some accessories as “Spareparts ” or “Gifts” etc. Declared value is usually below $30 each on the shipping invoice to avoid tax. We don't have any responsibility if the buyer refuse to pay tax.
