RETURN POLICY

Not eligible for returns: products sold in new conditions must be return unopened and with original packaging. If original packaging is opened, your return will not be accepted.  Items listed as is or nonfunctional conditions are not refundable. Brand New items: you may return new unopened product within 3 days after it is received in order to be eligible for returns. Items must be returned as new in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be apply to the order. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid.

Used items: you may only return used items if it is defective or not as described within 3 days after item is received.
