Shipment and Payment:

Payment must be made within 7 days of order.

Hongkong post air mail or China post air mail:

To USA, Canada usually takes 6~15 working days

To Australia, New Zealand, Singapore usually takes 5~12 working days

To UK, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden usually takes 8~20 working days

To Italy, Brazil usually takes 10~25 working days

Other countries usually takes 8~15 working days.

UPS shipping usually takes 4~7 working days

EMS shipping usually takes 4~7 working days

DHL shipping usually takes 3-5 working days dependent on the country delivered to.

We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that are the responsibility of the shipping service.

In order to ensure you receive you order tax free upon import, we will declare it with a lower value as "sample" or “Gift” or customers leave messager to suggest the value. This lower price does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules

Terms:

We provide 12 months warranty. If the item is defective, please notify us within 30 days of getting products.

All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for exchange of goods.

Items returned after 30 days of delivery are only eligible for repair free.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We will only follow your address listed in the Alipay payment for the shipment. Due to the secure reasons, we do not allow the address change through the email. A phone number is recomended for a more accurate delivery.
