Shipping & Duty

Warranty

1.We provide 1 years warranty for mainly part of the products. We can send 1-2% spare parts for accessories for bulk order.

2.Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, transaction number, and reason for return should be included in the email.

3.Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received. All items must be returned in their original condition if refund or exchange required.

4.Items returned after 7 days of delivery are only eligible for repair. Customers can just send the main defeated parts (like phone/tablet bodies) to us and we can fix the parts and send the fixed parts to customers, thus saving the shipping cost and processing time.

5.The buyer is responsible for the return of shipping costs. We will pay the shipping cost for sending the replacements back.
