1. We ship this item free via HK POST when the quantity is less than 6 pcs. According to the different location,it takes 7-21 working days. If the quantity is over 6 pcs, we will send the items free via EMS which will take about 7 working days to your door. Every parcel has a tracking number, so you can get the shipment information on the website. You can also choose faster express such as EMS(7-10 days), DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex(3-5 days).

warranty and Return policy:

1. This item has 1 year warranty.

2. Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.

3. Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
